Our villa is far more than just accommodation: it is a heartfelt project and a private retreat for those who seek something special - stylish, secluded and surrounded by Mediterranean beauty.

THE VILLA
Our villa is an exclusive retreat for those seeking something truly special - stylish, spacious and nestled in the Mediterranean scenery of the Opatija Riviera.
Spread across more than 250 m², the two-level living concept combines modern comfort with well-thought-out privacy - ideal for families or friends who wish to relax together. The villa is part of an elegant semi-datched house, with the other half occasionally used privately. Thanks to its own entrance, three big private terraces and clever architectural design of the shared pool and lounge area, our guests enjoy absolute tranquility.
Villa White Pearl offers three elegantly furnished bedrooms: a spacious master suite with panoramic views and en-suite bathroom, as well as two charming guest rooms with their own bathroom.
For the ultimate sleep experience, all bedrooms feature premium box-spring beds (180 x 200 cm) - your restful getaway begins here.

High-quality towels, bath towels, bed linen as well as shower gel, shampoo, soap, and a hairdryer are of course provided - ensuring a comfortable feel-good experience from the very first moment.
For the highest living comfort, the villa features modern underfloor heating, a stylish fireplace with firewood provided and a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob and dishwater. A washing machine and dryer are also available at any time.
State-of-the-art technology for your getaway: every room is equipped with flat-screen TVs. In the living area, a premium Sonos sound system with Alexa voice control and a central iPad ensures entertainment at the touch of a button. Stable high-speed Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the entire property.
The heated infinity pool (8 x 4 m) with breathtaking panoramic views invites you to relax and enjoy. The 300 m² pool area, available for shared use, features exclusive sun loungers, a stylish lounge with a 75" flat-screen TV and a premium outdoor grill - perfect for long evenings under the open sky.
THE LOCATION
Villa White Pearl is peacefully located above Opatija - a charming coastal town on the Kvarner Riviera. The town center, with its boutiques, cafes and excellent restaurants, can be reached in just 15 minutes by car or in about 30 minutes on a leisurely walk through the forest.
Thanks to its ideal location, Opatija is the perfect starting point for day trips to Istria, Italy, or the most beautiful beaches of the Kvarner bay. Motorcycle enthusiasts and hiking lovers will also find stunning routes along the coastline and through the picturesque hinterland.
